Hi all,
Just saying hi after joining the forum.
I'm not really a budding chef, I'm really a carpet cleaner.... however I love making and eating curry.
The currys I normally make are recipes I picked up from various cook books, and have adapted over the years. They are generally recipes which are made in their entirety from start to finish, rather tha BIR style. I had a go at BIR curry some years ago, only enough from one batch of base, so not alot. The reason for joining the forum is to get some tips from the experts in making tasty BIR style dishes. My favorite dish is lamb (mutton), or chicken tikka bhuna, so that where I hope to start.

Welcome aboard, BC.  Plenty of useful information here, and plenty of good advice, so feel free to ask any questions at all.  One of our newer members is Chef Syed Rahil Ahmed, who is really knowledgeable and has his own YouTube channel
