Just saying hi after joining the forum.
I'm not really a budding chef, I'm really a carpet cleaner.... however I love making and eating curry.
The currys I normally make are recipes I picked up from various cook books, and have adapted over the years. They are generally recipes which are made in their entirety from start to finish, rather tha BIR style. I had a go at BIR curry some years ago, only enough from one batch of base, so not alot. The reason for joining the forum is to get some tips from the experts in making tasty BIR style dishes. My favorite dish is lamb (mutton), or chicken tikka bhuna, so that where I hope to start.
