I always add msg when cooking curry. Same as for Chinese, about half a teaspoon per portion

I also use MSG in Chinese cookery, Donald (tho' not in Indian), and I don't hold back, but half a teaspoon per portion does seem a tad excessive even to me ...

Msg may not be the hazard it was, or still is, claimed to be, for most people, but for some it is a trigger for becoming very unwell very quickly.  Fortunately for me I'm fine with it it but for my mind it is highly over rated and mostly unnecessary.
