The next time you make some keema/kebab mixture up
you could make Koftas i.e. Meatballs.
Really excellent in a BIR style curry

I really fancy those chips, they look crunchy. And the curry of course.  ;D

The only way I've ever had it in a restaurant is as a kebab served with salad, wedge of lemon and mint raita sauce. Just like martinvic.
