The first one looks like a strat but I don't think it is

I'm not a guitarist but my mate collects them and now has about 50

That is a lot of guitars  ;D Mine is far smaller than that due to space/money hahaha. The guitar is actually based on a Strat by another fairly high end company, I'm sure your mate will know what a Levinson Blade is.

Very nice, Rob! I've reduced my guitar and amp stock to 5 as I only play for my own pleasure these days. I eventually replaced my Marshall AVT50 with a much more house (and neighbour!) friendly Vox Mini 5, I still play around with my Boss RC30 looper but these days its my Blacktop Tele and Epiphone PR5 electro-acoustic that see the most action.

Those Vox Mini 5 have a nice sound and if you're playing at home more the 50w Marshall is a bit loud  personally I just can't part with my gigging amp (Mesa Boogie Mk4) even though I don't gig much now.
