Topic: Tamarind Coconut Curry

Hello,

been to a buffet lunch at one of the local indian restaurants and one dish was tamarind coconut curry...any idea if there are recipes over here for this type of curry please...any links or recipes appreciated.

Hi,

thanks a lot for this and looks interesting...however I would need a recipe where tamarind is in the form of a paste as I cannot get whole tamarind here...and also coconut should be in the form of milk or cream....I also wonder there is no curry base used in this recipe?

Any other links appreciated.

Your best bet is to use the site's "Search" functionality, as I did.  Just enter the two separate words "tamarind" & "coconut" (without the string quotes or the ampersand) into the search dialogue box, then click on the "Search" button at bottom right.

My apology for doubting your authenticity after a 6 year gap in posts Emann. I would have posted this earlier but for over a week I have been able to see nothing other than a database error message on this forum site.  As your last post is still the most recent, I suspect I wasn't alone.
