Nice one Naga. Got my mouth watering like so many of the recent posts. Glad the pickle worked out ok. I've got a couple of jars of Ferns in the cupboard which is well aged and could probably do justice to this dish. Malai tikka is on the radar.
I've still got a load of the home-made garlic pickle in the fridge and the freezer!
But this particular recipe has a very moreish combination of caramel-like sweetness balancing out a good chilli heat and, of course, a huge garlic hit.
