Hi, needed to use up some pork and beef mince tonight.
Dipuraja sheek kebabs are a fave of mine, I stick to recipe apart from a few small personal tastes..

Dips was a fairly accurate standard TA recipe at the time.
except it needed a bit Salt, Chilli powder, optional small chopped onion and peppers
and forget the egg, you just run it through a food processor to bind it.

Pasco Pastes were on offer at my local, a quid a jar, grabbed a few.
Tandoori and Kebab are O.K. when mixed with a recipe.
End date BB 2020

However you photograph a sheek kebab, it always looks
like a dogs doodoo   :o  ;D ;D

cheers Chewy

I will give this balti madras a go soon,i see chewy used the oil from the balti paste, once i was left with half a jar of the paste so i topped it up with veg oil and then left it to infuse the oil for a couple of weeks stirring now and then,i used the oil to start off some of my curries but i had better results drizzling a bit into the sauce just before serving,
