A mixed plate for a Bangladeshi BIR Dinner
Traditional Indian spices and flavours
all cooked with animal butter ghee
_ Gosht Pilau Biryani (curry cut bone in Sheep)
_ Murgh Tarkari (succulent bone in Chicken)
_ Toor Tarka Dhal (Loaded with coriander and garlic)
The change in season, calls for some serious curry action in my kitchen.
;D ;D
cheers Chewy

A well presented tray of food here Chewy, the rice looks nice and flavourful but leaving your drumstick a little lonely looking. Dhal has a nice colour with the slightly watery texture :
Cheers Lc.
