It's a "Hi, I'm new" from the Toon

Hi everyone

I adore curries and want to learn more about the skills and techniques required to produce amazing food. I spent 4 years as a student in Birmingham circa 30 years ago, where I really developed my appetite for Indian cuisine. Incidentally, I came across this site as I'm wanting to construct a Tandoor!
