Hello from Cyprus

Hi, currently living in cyprus for work reasons. I have always loved my local curry house back in Kent called the Gandhi in Herne Bay... however over here I cannot find a decent curry house to save my life. I have decided to start making my own curries from scratch like most of you guys do so I'm on here to get ideas and suggestions. I have seen somebody doing a bir cooking course that I amthinking of doing as well.
Regards
Stew

I like most curries however I will probably stick to a madras and a vindaloo. I do however have to cater for the wife who claims can't handle spice so normally a chicken tikka masala. I Used to get a dish back home called naga chicken which was great but getting the ingredients over here may be a pain.
