Mutton and potatoes balti X 2
One with frozen spinach
One with frozen methi
The spinach just edged it
I just wanted to try this out
The mutton took a good 3 hours
To become tender all spice pre fried then added to mutton and
Slow cooked in a heavy casserole! I don't really have a recipe sorry just make it up as i go along but it was top notch
