The basis is chicken strips rolled in peppered flour and covered in Japanese Panko breadcrumbs,not Bir but nevertheless a
cracker.Got the recipe from the chef:30 mins prep,up to 1hour cooking,dependent on heat required.Will certainly give this one a go.
