« on: September 21, 2015, 01:15 AM »
Cooked a few litres of the golden nectar (Geordie Garabi)

Moving on to tonights Chicken Bhuna - variation

A roasted Chicken breast (broken into 5 pieces)
A Tomato (quartered)
Half a Green Capsicum (sliced)
4 Green Chillis (diced)
6 Button Mushrooms (halved)
Fresh Coriander (handful chopped)

Cooked in a Bhuna Sauce, with plenty of service onions, finished with Naga oil drizzle.

and Chips of course  ;D (Maris Piper)

cheers Chewy

Looks delicious as ever CT especially with the Bhuna sauce - and I agree with Rich, it has to be crinkle cut!
