Beautiful Rogan Josh, bursting with flavour with great depth and a lovely heat from the addition of naga chillies.

Lots to dip a Naan in there!  The pic makes it look very red....is that just the photo colour gone wild or an addition of something to the dish??

It does have a little food colour but also my phone is pretty poor in photo quality and does as it pleases

The recipe is based on Razors
