I couldn't find introductions (my bad it's below this section)
But have been a curry lover for many years
I haven't had time  I thought
But after work on Friday I cooked a Base sauce
Made a pilue rice from here
Then later pre cooked chicken from here and then made a madras.
Let me tell you I was gobsmacked with my results.
