Hi Bob.....and many thanks for the quick reply.  I'll certainly follow your advice , especially about the methi leaves.  I'm all set to start cooking in about 30 minutes and already the mouth is watering!

 :)Bob,great dish as usual,good photo,don't ask have had problems.Get regular blog mail from Maunika Gawardian,with recipes,not tried yet .If you've got a spare few days,she has cookery classes in Mumbai this month,where she'll sign your book!
