Midnight Snack 19

Achar Dhal Murgh

Lovely Dhal curry last night for supper.

Pulled spring chicken breast with red lentils, cut with chunky Lime pickle.
Above medium spicing with fresh garlic and green chillies.

A very thick and lush bhuna sauce.
