Hi all

Quick poll for you.

What is your favourite brand?

Or do you make your own?

Many thanks

Make my own (KD recipe); add at most 1/4 teaspoon just before serving.

I grind and make my own.
I have bought ready mixes in the past though, Jalpur, Rajah, Natco etc but you cant beat freshly ground.

I grind my own using the Zaal recipe, although I don't roast it first. I'm still keeping my eye out for the fabled Jalpur brand stuff but I havent seen it yet.

Hi

East End for a lighter taste and Rajah for a more earthy note eg. Balti.
