Hi, I'm Claire. Pleased to meet you all. Just starting out my curry journey and need a stainless steel with wooden handled pan and a good stainless steel long handled curry spoon. Any suggestions/recommendations welcome.

I used to know a nice little place on Porte de Clignancourt, wonder if it's still there.

Hi Littlechilie.   I'm surprised and happy at their low prices....  Good find.  I'll save that.    Thank you.

Welcome to the forum but, whatever you do, don't buy  a stainless steel pan for cooking curry. The heat transfer is terrible. Use an aluminium pan, instead - one like liitlechilie suggested.
