Another Friday, another curry! Being busy about the garden and elsewhere, I haven't had much time this week to indulge in my passion for Indian food. All change tonight!

Not much to say about Curryhell's NIS that hasn't been said already. It's still delicious!







I added a tbsp of home-made butter ghee right at the end of cooking time and was pleasantly surprised by the slightly sweet and silky edge to the finished dish. Very nice!

Poor photos tonight fail to do justice to a good curry. I never *did* get around to making those naans, LC - that's what was missing to mop up the silky gravy - but there's always tomorrow!

The late ghee addition I blagged from SoberRats Chicken Dhansak recipe and the pilau rice was SP's recipe.

Daughter cooking so I didn't dare venture into the kitchen. Chicken chasseur with vegetables which was very nice I have to say. I have had curry 4 times this week though.

And the photos look fine to me.
