Just found you - HELLO :-D

Looking for an authentic indian recipe and found your site - a bit overawed by the basic recipe selection! but i will choose one and give it a go. Taken  on board that the basic sauce is best after 2 or 3 days so my first try (today) will only improve with time :-)
