Last nights supper,
Garlic Chilli Chicken Tikka
Slight differences make a dish.

Instead of my usual service onions I made a mix up of onion, garlic and green chilli.
3 slack handfuls, ;D,
just cooked, leaving a slight crunch/bite.Extra slit whole chills went in midway on the cook.
Combined with a Mushroom Pilau, cooked in my new London Wok (whoopdeedo!)
a mixed Riata salad and toasted poppadoms.

Yum, could scoff this again today.
