Can anyone recommend decent methi?
« on: March 16, 2015, 04:49 PM »
Hi, as the title says I am looking for recommendations for decent methi. At the moment I am using MDH brand, which is full of stalks and does not rub down very well, can you help? Cheers   :-\

I take it we're talking dried here?

If so, Sunrise Wholefoods in Castle Douglas sell it for about 30p per 25g if I remember correctly. Almost entirely leaves. Unfortunately they don't deliver. But if dried leaves is what you're looking for, I'd be more than happy to send you a sample to try out.

Any other brand other than MDH which to me aren't that dissimilar in appearance to dried lime flowers.

Sorry to all about the size of my pictures.  London has tried to help but I still don't have a grip on it. Someone please email me an "idiot proof" route.

Cheers

Depending on what type of computer/tablet/phone you use, you need to get your hands on a simple piece of software that will allow you to resize your pics to 720x538 pixel or thereabouts.
