Hi everyone

I'm new to the site and have to say some of the food and recipies look outstanding.

I had a wicked spinach and mushroom Balti type dish a few weeks ago and I'd like to give it a go at home. Can anyone point me in the right direction to something similar on here?

Can't wait to get cooking!
