tonight's curry
« on: February 27, 2015, 08:12 PM »
Fish finger bhuna
wife and kids out fancied a chilli spice hit
Red onion chopped and fried       In with the garlic
One table spoon hot chilli powder      tsp mix powder
fresh toms and green pepper   chopped green and red chillies
Tamarind, sugar and salt to season   half a pint of water and a squeeze of lime

Not sure if this will make the front page of the forum
but if you like fish fingers and a curry it's a winner  ;D ;D

Cod bless my sole! Is there a plaice for fish fingers in a curry? Coarse there is! Why would anyone carp about it?

Seriously nouvelle cuisine there, MT! :)

Haha - brilliant Michael. Now that's what I call fusion cuisine.

Nice to see a bit of lateral thinking - top marks mate :)

By the way mate, you need to copy the URL of the picture into the message rather than adding as an attachment so we can see it in all it's glory on the front page :)

Looks more like fission than fusion to me (as in "fission chips").
