Well as I had some base left in the pan from yesterday, I decided on another Sagwalla this time with extra fresh chilli and more extra hot chilli powder and also the inclusion of egg and plenty chicken. I know I made it but it hit all of my ideal curry requirements

. Base JB's with mix powder from a local BIR for those interested. Served with a couple of Chapatis and some poppadoms.
I also knocked up a madras for the freezer which I'm sure will end up making Phil unwell ;D
