just checking what's being said here - ground fenugreek is key to BIRI could see it being the otherway around ie for traditional. If it is key would appreciate a qty that would be used in 300 ml portion.
What I'd like to get to is how much in relation to cumin ie 1 tsp cumin : 0.0 tsp fenugreek seed powder.
