That looks beautiful LC.

Don't think I could handle a vindaloo these days, but I can admire from a distance - a nice thick, clingy sauce there, which I'm sure was bursting with flavour and heat.

Good stuff bud :)

Thanks Garp Is in IMO a very good dish but it was hot, I had made the wife one, she's not a spice fan so was also surprised to see her mop up the plate.
I did say it would clear her cold thought, lol.

Thanks MA, yes this is my recipe it's very simple, also I now use no oil base for cooking! It's basically Jb's base without Oil, I only use turmeric and chilly powder as a spice in the base as they doesn't require oil.

So I'm only using 1x chefs spoon of oil in the final cooking! But I have for a long time now concluded base is just a way to add onion sauce to a dish the.
So any good base works for me but I chose to stick to Jb's without the fried Garlic as I add this in dish stage anyhow.

Dipuraja1 base is as solid as any IMO.
