Good evening all

Just wanted to say hello, newbie here. Just built a tandoor oven from a few clay pots, not sure why, it seemed like a good idea at the time. Anyhow need to look for some recipes now. Seems a great place to start.

Pictures are always welcome - especially home-made tandoors :)

Have a browse around - there are recipes to suit every palate here.

What kind of thing are you looking for to start with?
