Made some curries and naan's and rice for a friends party, everything was eaten and everyone was really impressed , even the phall was eaten although it burnt a few mouths!
After making 6 bhunas, 2 bhuna phalls your cooking skills and timing certainly improve. It was a pleasure cooking if not a little chaotic at times.
Once the prep work was done the curry making is great , everything at hand to keep churning out the curries, could have done with an extra pan or two to really up my game. Really need/want to do this more often now

Everything looks delicious, MA. I can imagine the chaos, but there must have been great satisfaction in your achievement to deliver all that grub then watch it disappear.

Immensely rewarding mate, watching people go back for more, and listening to them chatting amongst themselves about how good it was is a truly great feeling

All looks very nice, I really should try my hand at making Naan breads soon.
