Hi everyone just joined i love curry eat home cooked curry every day but love trying more recipes im really interested in learning more about seasoned oil ie used bahji oil any tips would be great

Cheers mate have u got any tips on seasoned oil ive tried loads my local curry house gives me used bhaji  oil which works well but i would like 2 make my own ?

No tel, its not an area of worked much on, I cook in veg oil, re-claimed oil from previous cooking or ghee
