It has been on my mind to do this for a few years now for the ultimate outside entertainment
And to keep all the big smells outside ;D
I can see extraction being a problem from the tandoor so I must get that right

Im going to keep the tandoor, cooking broilers and fryers down one end so to fit under one hood
The smoke from the WFO should go straight up the chimney

Im welcome to suggestions on what also would be good to go in there ?
Does anyone know about broiler gas rings for cooking on ( the best heat for curry cooking and big rings :

for a bit of bulk cooking now and again ) may be I should have 2 rings :

So open to suggestions on the right equipment
