Hubby is taking me on a date night tomorrow, local Italian ( they better have something spicy, lol)

Ask for some pepperoncini/pepperoncino and they should bring you some dried chillies/flakes in olive oil.  :)

Fab looking dishes & pics, especially the hot Madras. North Indian dish looks very rich & tomatoey, possibly has yogurt in too?
