It's Bhuna, Jim, but not as we know it.

What is it with the lid on thing, Chewy. Of all the BIR/TA things I've seen, I have never known that.....is it some strange Bangladeshi/Geordie fusion idea?

It's a serious question despite the attempt at humour.....I mean I know why you would do it, but it's not BIR as I have come to understand it :)

I pasted that into the Babel Fish translator - and it made more sense than the video. WTG Andy, you multi-linguist.
