Tonight's Dinner.

Chicken Tikka Madras, Mild
Made using Jb's base and Blades Chicken Tikka ;) both fully recommended

Tarka Dal.
Recipe from Indian Restaurant Cooking, found on youtube. Matches and BIR in Taste.

Pilau Rice with Lime.

Mind you, your Dhal looks very anemic and nothing like Ali's TD.

Mild Madras, What's that, pure sacrilege. :o
Nearly as bad as the Boston Bandit, declaring a Vindaloo can be any strength
then glugging in Tomato Ketchup.

Lol thanks guys :) I guess it's prob breaking the rules calling it mild!  And the dal is so good to eat and exactly same colour as my BIR, who also choose not to destroy it with tumeric  ::)
But it do look like it got stage fright ;D
