Well what a great day/night, even if we were let down by 4 guests!! I really enjoyed making 8 individual curries, its great when all the prepped ingredients are out and your just cooking curry after curry, there was mess everywhere.
I made 2 Madras(mine), 2 Bhuna(976bar), 2 Medium Curry(Chewy), 2 Naga Masalla(mine), Pilau Rice, 4 Garlic Naans, 20 Poppodoms with onion salad, yoghurt mint sauce, naga pickle, mixed pickle and mango chutney.
I served all the curries in foil take away containers (cheers for that G.I) which was a great way to do it, easily warmed in the oven.
No food was left though Im afraid

, which is actually an excellent result, but my hangover is craving curry!!! and I am no way cooking today. I got some amazing comments about the curries which makes all the hard work worth while, cant wait to do a big cook again.
