Today's the day, I shall be cooking for 12 guests tonight as a farewell treat for my sister-in-law before she goes to the land of pissy lager and poor curries. ;D
I made a batch of Jb base yesterday, chicken has been marinated, I think all shopping has been done. All prep work to be done this morning and then 12 curries , large pot of rice, nan breads , poppidoms etc to be cooked this afternoon!! All while keeping my 5 year old daughter happy

I have never cooked for 12 before so it should be fun, stressful, and hopefully I will enjoy and learn from it
