Testing out Jb's Base,Test Madras.
Very pleasing result with a flavour in line with my local TA, In fact it's hard to make a decision on my preference. 
Good news indeed.

Yep can't beat a nice bit so sauce to mop up with Naan

Looks great there lc, madras has to be a thinnish sauce to go with the rice and as you say to mop up with the garlic nan breads at the end  damn your pic is making me hungry again

Maybe the pan and spoon are really large and that each piece of chicken is really a breast

Lol  ;D the madras is still in the Pan and that's a full size chef spoon ;D sorry for confusion

That looks lovely,spot on in fact,it reminds me of the madras my local does.Not thick,but quite runny...hope it tastes as good as it looks.
