Midnight Snack 13
« on: July 08, 2014, 06:26 PM »
Jhal Frezi variation, its a regional thing. Jhal Fan Dango ;) ;D ;D

I was pondering, what would go well with a slice of light wholemeal bread (homemade) for supper.
After some thought came up with a Jhal Curry with Chips.  ;D ;D

Based on my old Jhal Frezi video recipe, Chewy's Jhal Frezi but using Chicken Tikka and extra baby plum tomatoes
and fresh Jalape

Some thinner slices  and a chip butty with a drizzle of that curry on would be nice.  :)

Looks great! I know its wrong but I'd have to butter the bread so it melts when you scoop up the curry!

Hi London
Yes, I started adding some other enhancers for a while, but I went back to my
original 80

Cheers Chewy,

The Dhansak looks spot on, not sure about the squash. What size frying pan do you use, I've got the same pan but mine is too big (26cm) and things tend to dry up too quickly. as another is under a tenner I'll get one the same size as yours.
