Topic: Chewytikka's Chicken Tikka Rezala

I've been meaning to make this Chicken Tikka Rezala dish - one of CT's now-famous Midnight Snacks - for almost a year, and I've only just got around to it.

But it was well worth the wait - I even used a bin-lid plate, just like CT!





I didn't have any Mr. Naga chilli pickle in the cupboard, but the curry didn't suffer from this omission at all - far from it. Coupled with mickdabass's chicken tikka, this curry was absolutely delicious.
