Hi, just joined and wanted to ask who is the man to follow, what I mean by that is who's recipes to check out who's base gravy to try any pointers would be great

Hi Bubble,
For starting out I would try either Chewytikaas, Cory Anders (although its different on his new forum), CBM's, or Dips base to start with. Madrasandy had good results with Admins new base not so long ago when he was trying out his madras. All give good results. I would stick with the accompanying mix powders for your first attempts until your quite happy with what you are doing. Check out the posts from Loup as she's fairly new to BIR and is taking to it like a duck to water.
Andy's book in the first post is a good intro as well
