2 Cloves garlic, crushed
1 Large Onion, sliced
1 Red Pepper, sliced
1 Tsp Chilli Powder (or to taste)
400g Tin Tomatoes
3 Tbsp Tomato Puree
1 Pork Stock Cube dissolved in
