E-Books revolution Bir
« on: July 04, 2014, 01:29 PM »

Hi Curryheads :)
My Daughter for part of a university project is checking out E-Books and has found over 400 on Bir cooking. With all sorts of secret claims,3 Years ago there were just a few.
Makes me wonder where all the info comes from.and who subscribes to them, is this the future?

I find that hard to believe. I think we're pretty well informed here on this site with regard to all things BIR and if there were 400 we'd have heard about them. I think it's more like ten, perhaps 20 at a push.

Well, unless standards have dropped dramatically since I quit the academic life six years ago, I would be very reluctant to challenge NO's daughter's assertion that there are now of the order of 400.  Mr Ox, can you ask your daughter if she has the list of BIR e-books in a format that would allow it to be attached to a post, and if so, would you ask her if we might see her list ?

** Phil.
