It's made from Scotch Bonnets and will give some of the others a run for their money!

I certainly wouldn't want the runs after eating that stuff !  Getting food poisoning after being in Tibet & Nepal for the past two weeks wasn't too good (I had to delay my departure from Abu Dhabi by one day, in the hopes that my digestive tract would finally return to normal), but at least none of the food I had eaten deliberately set out to induce chilli overload, thank God.

No, I ate more-or-less what all eight in the party ate.  There were signs in TIbet, which I controlled with Immodium, and when those ran out, switched to a Chinese clay-based treatment (Immodium/Lomotil not being available in Shigatse) but had to rever to Loperamide once I was safely back in AD as I had to completely paralyse my gut for the long trip home.  Even so I felt obliged to ask for an upgrade to J so that I would have to share the loo with only 12 and not 440 !

P.S.  I had been warned by one of my house sitters (herself a Professor of Human Nutrition) that Kathmandu was the diarrhoea capital of the world.  I was able to confirm her hypothesis in person

In my case it was more the Kathmandu Shuffle -- shuffle (very rapidly) to the loo, shuffle dejectedly back to bed again.  All I can say is "thank God Abu Dhabi has adopted Arabic personal douches as the norm in domestic (home) toilets" !
