Long time curry enthusiast, new comer to these forums. Finally I've learned that there is a group of people dedicated to making my favourite kinds of curry at home. The curry I have made in the past has usually been pretty good but nothing like those served by the local indian restaurants (I live in Australia).
Looking to make up a big batch of base sauce and get started on making some BIR style curries of my own (which I have been led to believe are very similar to the aussie IR style curries).
Was thinking of starting with this one:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8D7tAuZt8IwHas anyone made this? If so, is it worth doing? I'll be making a lot, obviously so I'd like to get some opinion on whether or not it will be any good. If anyone knows of a better, or easier to make one please feel free to recommend stuff.
