New youtubey channel from Julian starting July.  Mentioned at the end of this video featuring a recipe for healthy mushroom curry.  The dish looks pretty 'orrible to me, but no doubt very tasty.

p.s.
I do wish that Adey would stand by his convictions and teach Julian how to cook instead of all the BS. ( like at the end of most of Julians book videos.)

This dish looks a bit like mushroom soup. I like mushrooms but hate mushroom soup and always think it looks like a pile of poo.

Got a lot of respect for Julian.  It was through him I found this forum.  Good luck to him on the new venture. Anyway, going to give the leek recipe a whirl.  Had an idea.
