Where can I buy a chefs spoon iv'e seen one on ebay for about 18 quid, is there any place I can order one from.

I bought a stainless one from TJ Hughes for ?1. It's perfectly good for the job but there's much better quality. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. Have a look on the Nisbets website. They do ones made by Vogue which look better value.

Mine was ?1 or ?2 from Home bargains. Its ace, goes in the dishwasher with no discolouring and a nice comfy handle :)

I wouldn't worry too much about which type of spoon you use. Just pick one and stick with it. I know off someone who makes fantastic curries and uses a salad serving spoon as his weapon of choice.
