Hey guys

fortheloveofcurry  I Am here :)

actually joined another forum recently then found this one also,

hopefully not a bad thing to be part of both :)

one slight problem though, i did order from Mullaco, and really struggling to get any support

I would be happy to post a copy of invoice showing missing items,  I only spent 40 quid.

but to have missing items, and damaged box, then get completely ignored, is kinda bad.

and while in this forum they have an active banner.

If you paid via credit card the law says your credit card co is equally liable. Contact them and get the transaction reversed, that will doubtless get Mullaco on the phone soon enough.

Hey guys

thanks for the welcome. :)

Kinda crazy on there part, i would have been happy with any type of apology, but ignore a customer is kinda annoying to me, will try find another store.

Like Im happy to give credit were its due they did send the items really quickly, so I kinda hoped they would respond.
