With its wealth of written confusion,  Dave's undercover  cookbook lead me directly to the front door of this very website.
Unfortunately nowadays its only one remaining use is  propping up my workbench in the shed, but apart from that, he really does himself no favours in that video.
I did giggle at the accusation- 'You pinched my spiced oil and I still have the Emails'.

The thing is that spiced oils and all the other 'secrets' he claims to be the first to bring to the world have been touted on this forum for years before his book came out. Unless you have a fondness for fruit cocktail in your masala sauce there wasn't one new idea in the whole, as you say, confused mess that his book is.

I still think he's a tit irrespective of his deluded undercover revelations.
