King Prawn Bhuna on Puri/Paratha for supper.Yum.
An ample (Mains) portion, as I tend to make too much sauce, so I just have to scoff it! ;D ;D
Always seems a lot of work when you write things down:-
Ghee/Oil, Fresh garlic, Service Onions, Salt, G&G, Chilli Mince, Mix Powder, Chilli Powder, Chunky Mixed Peppers,
Red Onion, Fresh Green Chillis and Cherry Toms with Bengali King Prawns. Chopped Coriander and a touch of Black Salt for finishing.
